BADSANTA Posted November 26, 2012 Report Posted November 26, 2012 1998 State Semifinals lost to La Marque 26-13. They beat WOS, Carthage, and El Campo on the way. There were some very good Tiger teams who only went one or two rounds deep.

That was the Region III finals.Silsbee has made it to the state semifinals just once, '77 when they lost to a Donnie Little led Dickinson team in the Astrodome, 12-0. Silsbee fumbled inside the Dickinson 5 yard line twice. Little returned a punt for 75 yards for a TD. Dickinson went on next week to defeat Brownwood 48-20 in state championship game.
