I think the more these Nav fans talk the more pressure they put on their teams shoulders. They already have enough pressure going into this game.  Carrying the #1 ranking and trying to hold on to it is a lot. WO-S has absolutely nothing to lose and no pressure, they will be well prepared. I don't care who beat who by how many points on what night with whatever moon phase was happening, and who's friends with whos uncles cousins brothers mothers first husbands sister-in-law. This comes down to execution on offense, defense and special teams.

I very much believe in the old saying.....Defense wins championships

These dudes are borderline crazy! Y'all's offensive stats are great and all but mostly because y'all like to run up the score!!! We simply get a lead and get off the gas! We know if we have a lead we win! So therefore no reason to score 60! Our backup qb has took atleast 80 percent of our 4th quarter snaps this season. We do not care about scoring 100 points. We care about scoring 14 or more because nobody has scored that much on us ;)

Skipper , You are on the money. I watched several highlight reels on them this weekend. Lot's of holdong going on and did not appear the refs were calling any of it. Hope we do not have the same crew as last week, those guys were terrible. We may have to put Dan on the sidelines just to chew on the refs. Without all that holding going on WOS DL will be taking handoffs from the Nav QB . He sure won't be sitting in the pocket picking targets.
I'll give them some prop's they do have some talent on the team, but I sure don't se 40 points like the Nav posters are predicting.

I will be the first Navasota fan to admit WOS has a nasty defense.  Playmakers all over the field.  Navasota is going to have to play its best game to win.  If WOS is going to win they are going to have to play their best also.  If Navasota executes and doesn't turn the ball over they will win.  If WOS creates turnover and turns them into points for the offense they will win.  I am just hoping for a good game.  I don't think we have to worry about WOS players acting like thugs as LaMarque did.  I think Hooks would put an end to that crap first.  Should be the best 3A game of the year.  Either way both teams have had a great year.  It is fun to talk a little smack to each other, but in the end we have no control of the game.  Good luck WOS and air up them basketballs (just joking).  Travel safe and be loud.

dought it but the refs will find something to flad the mustangs for count on it. lets just take last weeks game the young kid from wo-s scored and  one of the D kids tryed to tare his head off him and the ref standing beside the play did not flag the play  thats what you call respect from the refs that play could have broken this kids neck he was very lucky the UIL should look at that and ban that ref JMO thank GOD the kid was not hurt bad
