Listen man. Here's the thing. This forum is to used to talk about the greatest sport in the world. Football. Talk football, make predictions and talk a little trash. And when our teams lose, we give credit where credit is due. But once summer creek lost to georgetown, [b]yall were making excuses[/b] on why you lost and shouldnt have lost. And you know what? Who cares if they should be a 5a team. We have played 5a teams in non district before and beat them. When we get beat,we give credit where credit is do and move on. Yall talk and talk and talk and talk. and thats fine, but when you make excuses, thats garbage. And as for us not sniffing the playoffs, we have been predicted to finish last in district in years before and have made the playoffs. When you make playoffs 12 years in a row and 18 out of the last 20 or something like that, then come talk about making playoffs and tradition and greatest show on turf. Until then summer creek cant hold our backup players jocks.

Wouldn't say the SC  D stopped Vidors rushing attack by any means!!!! Vidor had way too many fumbles while moving the ball down the field at will!!!! SC capitalized on Vidors mistakes AND had more speed and size at WR than our CB and inexperienced FS could handle...... Vidor knew what HAD to be done to win but the T/Os shot that to hell and back.

Congrats SC was the better team that night and ended the Pirates season sooner than many expected and were ready!!!!! :-[ :-[
