I think the Dogs take district. Ozen,Livingston and Vidor get in. PNG could possible get if the defense gets better.

1. Nederland - lots returning on both sides of the ball.
2. Central - impressed with the young QB and has some talent around him
3. Vidor - they graduate a lot, but Matthews has built a program
4. Ozen - they always find a way to get in recently, I like the new QB
5. LC-M - talented QB and some WRs return
5. PN-G - Rose will have a huge year, but no D= no playoffs. Fresh class good but not yet..
5. Livingston - don't know much about them, but always speedy
8. Lumberton - good frosh class, but hard to depend on youngsters
