UNLV Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 Lamar choked it away the last 5 minutes. But what woke these guys up.
badndn Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 They shot 57% in the second half against ULaLa last night. Maybe the shooting touch is coming around. I think we will see a lot of this throughout SLC play. One night, Lights Out, next night the lights go out, next night lights never get turned on. A win at Edinburgh would be great headed into SLC play.
RS73 Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 The Cards cut down on the turnovers (14) in this game. Still too many, but better. Osas could have made a difference in the game if he could have played. If they quit turning the ball over so much they can be a decent team. Maybe play .500 or better in the SLC.
DP#1FAN Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 Lamar played much better last night. Hope they continue to get better.
UNLV Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 Lamar played very good last night. This was a close game until the last 5 minutes. Finally progress is showing. If Lamar could play the same way in SLC games, we should make the tourney. On the down side, we need more scorers. We can't continue with 3 guys doing 95 percent of the scoring.
