Congrats to this young man!! Proves that you don't have to go D1 right away go to a juco knock out your prereqs and work your arse off and you will get noticed....

Yes he was. The JUCO route has worked for other area standouts as well. The Runningback from PA that went JUCO then starred at K-State. I can think of many a 6'3" or 6'4" 210-220 pound DE in HS with great skills that could have gone JUCO and gained 30-40 pounds  of muscle and gotten valuable playing experience and become a viable 6'4" 250 lb DI DE.

I coached Keywan at Central when he was a Freshman and Sophomore and we as a coaching staff knew that he was special. He's a great kid. I'm glad to see that the JUCO route worked out for him. I can't believe that he is up to 284 lbs. He was about 240 to 245 in high school. Got a great motor. We will hearing more from this young man. Good Luck Keywan.
