Has anyone noticed the trend here this weekend? The losers of the State Title games up to this point have very VERY young squads. Some of these teams will be back next season.

Except for last weekend (S-ville over El Campo), this has been a [i]perfect[/i] SC for me. Stamford over Mart, EB over CM, Yoe over Dangerfield, and Navasota over Gilmer.

I really hope Lancaster vs Cedar Park is better than all these blowouts.

For those that are not familiar with Cedar Park: its probably because of LT. LT knocked them out 2 years in a row, if not for LT then Cedar Park would have been playing for State.


Lancaster has speed all over the field. Wouldnt be surprised if they create a bunch of turnovers as well.

Lancaster is probably the favorite in this one but im hoping Cedar Park wins, I do not want to see the Metroplex get a State Title this year.  ;D

Lancaster has played 4 pretty close playoff games in the last 4 weeks, but seems to find ways to win. 

Cedar Park started off 0-2 and hasn't lost since.  They have been rolling through the playoffs and seem to be hot at the right time. 


This should be a pretty good game, but I'll stay with the hot team in Cedar Park.
