Vidor, Goose Creek Memorial and Barbers Hill will be some good competition for them.

Dang. Tough to call a winner for this one. A lot of good basketball teams here. Will definitely be some dang good games.

The favorites should be Barbers Hill and the winner of GCM-PAM. Vidor obviously is good enough to play with anyone of these teams, but in their two big games, Barbers Hill and Ozen, this year the team forgets that their are 32 minutes in the game, not 31. It would be great to see Vidor win but unless they figure the problem out, it is going to be very difficult.

Vidor started a little slow but won easily.  (8am games are always tough).  The 3's started falling right at the end of the 2nd quarter.  Everyone on the teams gets after it and plays hard on both ends.

Clear Lake beat Vidor and PA Memorial beat GCM so the 4 teams going to the Gold Bracket are Clear Lake, PAM, Alief Hastings and Barbers Hill.  Clear Lake plays PAM and BH takes on Hastings in the Gold Semis.

Memorial won in a double overtime thriller over Clear Lake and will play Barbers Hill in the Championship game.  Should be a fun game.
