bmtcpa87 Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 My understanding is the game time has been changed to 6.I have not seen Sabine Pass play, but looking at the scores of their games I would say Kelly by 15+. However, Kelly tends to get leds and then spread the floor and run clock, actually keeping the score closer than if they had just continued to play the way that got them the led. So predicting margins of victory for Kelly is difficult.

bmtcpa87 Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 Not sure exactly what you mean by that comment, but I promise you that if Kelly has the led in the 4th quarter, they will spread the floor and run clock. And they have the guards this year to do it. They will also run clock at the end of the quarter to take the last shot, sometimes as much as a minute or more. Personally I'm not a big fan of this, but it has worked pretty well for them so far.

If Kelley gets the lead will they spread the floor and keep the score close, instead of just continuing to play. Stalling the game is a recipe for careless mistakes and turnovers.
