I agree... boys fought hard and had some open looks but couldn't buy a bucket....If they want to make a deep run in the playoffs they have to learn how to knock down open looks in big games.

67-47 was the final in the freshman game. Ned was up by nearly 40 at one point. The second group played in the fourth quarter.

Went to this game and the refs were horrible! Central played 5 against 8 all night.

I wouldn't get too excited! Central has two freshmen on varsity and at least three other freshmen on JV.

Great game by the Jags tonight. Too many weapons. Ned had chances to tie or lead but after we cut the lead to 2, we threw the ball away on 3 straight possessions.

Also, shooting 32% for the night is tough to win against elite teams.

[/quote]seriously? ??? The foul count was about even for the game. Oops, actually Ned had 3 more fouls than Central including a player with 2 clean blocks who fouled out. ::)
The refs were consistent, what more do you want? Central was clearly the better team tonight, learn to WIN with class. ::)
