Big week this week for SETX Small School Dirty Dozen

Several games this week involving SETX Small School Dirty Dozen teams playing each other. Should be interesting how these games transpire and see how much the rankings change next week.

Tuesday

#1 Kountze at #10 Woodville
#3 Big Sandy at #9 Sabine Pass
#5 San Augustine at #4 West Sabine
#12 Spurger at #11 Leggett

Friday

#5 San Augustine at #7 Broaddus


Also big week for Newton as they face #8 Kirbyville Tuesday night and #10 Woodville Friday night. Two wins by Newton should send them back into the rankings next week.

#5 San Augustine is the other team facing two ranked teams this week, Tues. at #4 West Sabine, Fri. at #7 Broaddus.


Should see a lot of movement in the rankings next week.

The Kountze and Big Sandy games will be runaways. Kountze by how ever many they want and Big Sandy by 30. As for the SA and WS game, that is a toss up but I do give a slight edge to SA. Won't be surprised if they lose either. The Spurger/Leggett game is close too but Leggett does play well at home. Leggett by 6

With 3 ranked teams District 23 (SA #8, WS #23, Broaddus #24)IMO is one of if not the toughest 1A districts in the state(at the top end anyway) and all three teams out here will be hard outs in the playoffs.........
