Lumberton Lady Raiders down Westbrook

FINAL Lady Raiders 6 Brook 1. WB scored about 3 minutes into the game. Then LR coach Hopson put in the starters he
[sub][/sub]benched for missing practice and it wasn't much of a contest from then on. Lumberton also missed a pk on a good save by the Brook keeper.

Friday the LR downed LCM 8-0. Have a bye Tuesday, then open district play at home Friday vs Livingston.

Lumberton has an impressive group of girls.  Many of them are freshmen.  They will be a force for a while.

Correction....most are sophomores. I think there are only 2 or 3 freshmen.  Lumberton Lady Raiders looked extremely impressive against Westbrook.
