SETX Coaches Association All Star Football Game

[b]The 4th Annual Southeast Texas Coaches Association Allstar Football Game will be played on June 15th @ Lamar University in Beaumont.  [/b]

[b][color=red]**The proceeds of the games will go toward college scholarships for the athletes.**[/color][/b]

The Allstar Coaches will be Ronnie Gage of Barbers Hill who will be coaching the West Team and Bobby McGallion of Silsbee who will be coaching the East Team.

We are looking forward to another great SETX All Star Game!!

Don't be so sure. Jeff Mathews was a coach last year and he threw plenty of passes.

I will say this much there are players on that east team that come from 2 of the best defenses in this area this past year as in Nederland and WO-S. Then add the size PAM brings. All I can say is don't try to run the ball.

Thomas Stanley from HD is on the West roster.  Players are nominated by their coaches.

I assume big Stanley will be playing tackle in this game. He played jumbo TE for HD all season. I'll be interested to see how he does against bigger kids from bigger schools. I believe he's about 6'3" 265lbs. I always love the small school vs big school individual matchups. I remember last year (maybe two years ago) that little linebacker from East Chambers was all over the field dominating. Good luck to all the players and represent!
