Steven Avery Posted January 28, 2013 Report Posted January 28, 2013 Saw on yahoo this morning that banned the move...seems silly to me to change but whatever...just curious what that means for HS and college? Do they automatically follow the rule change?
scapegoat Posted January 28, 2013 Report Posted January 28, 2013 .Can they still step to third and second with out throwing with a runner on?
Steven Avery Posted January 28, 2013 Author Report Posted January 28, 2013 Yes its just strictly the first and third pickoffhttp://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/mlb-big-league-stew/rule-change-third-first-fake-pickoff-move-now-033809715--mlb.html

Javelina Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 the 3rd to 1st is still a legal move at the High School level
