I heard that 3A #8 Silsbee Tigers will play 3A #3 Kennedale at the Whataburger Preview instead of 3A #7 Stephenville....Aggie Can You Confirm This?

Either one would be good for Silsbee.

Stephenville did beat Kennedale earlier in season 74-60.

Just received word on the time of Silsbee's warm up game with #3 Kennedale.

Silsbee/Kennedale will be the prime time game scheduled for 7:30pm that Saturday, Feb. 16

There will be a total of 8 games played that day in the Whataburger Playoff Preview.

As soon as I get the complete schedule of games, I will post them.

I didn't say Yates and D Madison will beat every team in their path and meet in the 3A finals, although there is a high probability of that happening.  Anyone who is not aware of those two teams is not paying attention.

I love my Silsbee Tiger basketball though, and the Kountze Lions.  Back when I was in middle school Brannon and Manning were like rock stars in Silsbee.  That's probably what influences the 'kountzer' name.

Good luck to both teams.  Afterall, it's just basketball.

We already beat White Oak...Yea we lost to Tatum early..but we were missing 2 starters..  8)
