That makes the most sense considering the circumstances. Also means fans will have to pay twice. I'll probably leave the White Oak/Newton game at halftime to get in line. There are also ways around having to wait in line. ;)

I think this also did this a few years ago when Silsbee and Kountze both had a playoff game at Angelina.

I went to the Newton game Monday night and most of Crockett and Woodville fans were already inside the gym before the end of the 1st quarter. From what I saw after the game no one had to repay for the next game. If you make it there during the Newton game you should be alright

That's because it was a packed house. They have no choice but to clear the gym for these two matchups. If not that will leave some Tatum/Kountze fans left outside.

If you go to the WO/ Newton game and they clear the gym after the game, I am thinking you will get stuck at the end of the line for the Tatum/Kountze game and thus may not get a seat. 
Great idea of playing all games at one place but bad choice of location.

I know there is lots of second guessing in Kountze. could anything have been done to prevent a second round loss. did football get in the way? This was one of the better teams to come through Kountze in a while. what happened.

[/quote]Tatum got in the way.....Both teams were good but Tatum made some adjustments in the second half. Kountze's youth showed more in the fourth quarter. They will be back next year...

It was hard to get a tell on this game because when they first met both teams were without players.

Not just the guys returning but the guys on JV that will be moving up..

One JV kid started for Lufkin's varsity earlier in the year before he decided to transfer back to Tatum. He will be a junior next year.

Two other sophomores started out the season on varsity and was part of the usual rotation before they asked to be moved down.

Starting 5 on JV went 6'2, 6'3, 6'3, 6'4, 6'4... That's size Tatum isn't used to. It's early but they will have more size without losing any athleticism.
