CE KING RB AJ Jeffrey transfers to Summer Creek!!

No offensive lineman coming back at King and a chance to play in the same backfield with Aaron Sharp,do we honestly have to debate if it was for academic or athletic reasons ? I may have fell off a turnip truck but it wasn't a very high one.

He is the one that was kicked out of athletics. He didn't want to come to practices was getting in trouble all the time. And no his parents didn't buy a house in summer creek. Have no idea how he is going to summer creek unless he has relatives that live there. Got this from a reliable source. Guess summer creek picked up a great football player  who has issues that need fixing.

If he did not move into the district or he moved for athletic reasons, he will be ineligible for 1 year from the date of enrollment.  Does that make SC ADA around 2300.  They may be the best 5A playing in 4A.

[/quote] I don't know I asked about him being eligible to play.. I am pretty sure he will be a senior next year.. And I don't think its a whole year.. I think it's a few games.. but I know some of these high school football gurus will know the answer...

Assuming the PAP has been signed and approved, he must sit (or be in attendance at the new school) for 15 days.

the DEC will have the say on if he is approved or not.  I would think it unlikely that the DEC would approve a kid that doesn't live in the district.

Not concerned where the kid plays,he's 1 kid.UIL has a bigger headache splitting up and spreading out defunk North Forrest ISD kiddos(nightmare coming)that could really change enrollment figures and shake up several districts ;)

The north forest students would probably all be zoned to kashmere high school if the school can accomodate enough students. Would go from being a small 3A to a large 4A school. If thats the case kashmere would just take north forest's place in whatever district they would be put in 2014.

they bought a house. And Ford and staff would not allow a kid to come in and participate after they been kicked out of another school for Discipline reasons.

I disagree and it's not a knock on the SC staff. I think most coaches would give a kid at least a chance in THEIR program.... especially a talented one.
