I guess BISD is trying to make a statement that breaking the rules and not keeping control of your program will not be tolerated...He had the football team headed in the right direction when it came to the actual game, but we all know its not just about what happens in those 4 quarters on Friday night. He'll be back coaching somewhere else soon...

I hope Central and Ozens new coach come from out of the area but I seriously doubt it...

Don't have any idea why you would wonder how many who applied at Liberty will apply at BISD / Ozen.  Coaching at Liberty and coaching at Ozen are two seriously separate positions. ::) 8)

Whoever hires Goodwin from Center is getting a better coach then they before he got there.

Ozen future looks bright with the hiring of the right Coach who can add multi-dimensional looks on offense as well as defense! Next years sophmore class has a talented group and the 8th grade incoming players from Odom (this years big school District Champs) and South Park (this years small school District Champs) will give them a good chance at a District Title! The next Coach will have to get there Juniors & Seniors ready quickly to be in the hunt for a playoff appearance! As for Central H.S. they have tons of talent returning and with the right coach they will be very strong for the next couple of years! They are very young and also have a good Freshmen group coming in for next school year! Whoever gets this job will have talent & more talent! BISD the ball is in your hands, just don't make another poor decision!
