Carthage gets a 35-0 win and everyone complaining of it being a very sloppy performance, including the coach. Surratt takes out some of that sloppiness and this game shouldn't be close. We'll see if H-F can make it more sloppy.

guessing carthage meets china spring 3rd game then bellville or wos 4th game. been so long since they had serious competition not sure how good they really are. plenty of other good teams later in the playoffs so nothing is a given. got to play disciplined football by the time you get 3 rounds in.

Gilmer is a really good team. You have cause for frustration. Competing with Carthage for the next several years will be difficult.

I doubt any team Carthage plays this year will put up 40 points. The defense is pretty much the same personnel as last year. With no games played by the complete starting o-line by Carthage, that will be the question to the game. But even with a struggling ground game, they've shown they can still beat a good team.
