Right here... Central battled and actually win every period in this game, except the 3rd where they were doomed. You can't allow lapses like that and expect to beat the #1 team in the state. Nonetheless, great season to these group of Jags.

I was at the Ozen Game. Didn't go to the Central game. But had a contact they said we were doomed I'm the 3rd period.

As I've said before, I've owned you on that debate before with proof after proof. But I won't debate. I just wanna congratulate all these players. Comeaux would still be my guy though.

Ozen honestly had to play the refs and Bush and still won. I never knew it was an offensive foul to grab a rebound and clear it. Then when Bush does it, then nothing is called. The 2 Caucasian refs were the horrible I've seen in a while. The foul count was in Bush's favor, but Ozen stayed with it. Boyd refused to lose. Tray Gib was playing good unbridled first half... And Comeaux showed up hitting key 3's and clutch free throws. Play of the game was the steal by Boyd and the layup. The place went bonkers after that. All and all, Ozen is battle tested and should be favored in any game from here on out. They're dangerous, plays D, and has several playmakers. Congrats on this big win.

I kinda think so too, because Comeaux's averages were insane before district, but pretty average in district... But the district coaches vote this, right? Those coaches would have more stats than us. Maybe Comeaux had better numbers than Minguez....

Now I know Ozen's Comeaux was tearing it up scoring wise before district started, but when district started, his scoring went down, primarily because of an ailing injury. So it makes me think, did they pick him based on what he did predistrict?

I think they came back. I know Patterson is back....

I talked to Adams Tuesday. Let's just say I'm expecting a huge game from him. He didn't like the fact that he had a bad game. Lol

I agree. Also very smart and hard working in the classroom and is top percentage of his class currently. His parents are very proud.

I must admit, Channelview HS has a really good facility, one of the more better ones I've been to that's on the actual school campus. It's roomy, but the Central and Silsbee crowds will be insane. Maybe they should've had it at Lee College...
