[/quote] First of all I have moved to PNG and your so called rivalry does not appeal to me at all.  I have bad news, your so called rivalry exist merely on paper and history.  The rivalry exist now only in the amount of people that you can get to put on their purple and black shirts and attend the game on friday.  There is no hype, there is no build up of suspense between two communities fighting for bragging rights anymore.  Its just an exchange of wins, (yep its Nederlands turn this year to win) in the shadows of what USED to be one of the states greatests rivalaries!  Ive seen better plots than this played out in the pineywoods with 1A schools.  blaaaahhh  lol i laugh at your jealousy theory!! I think the fellow Jags will be here to stay win or loss.  I'm confident in that. Actually, you're right.  The news I got is a back breaker on my thoughts on the game.  I can only hope that our staff will have a  counter for 'it'  because I've seen a few teams do 'that' to us with success and without our staff doing anything about it.  Now, it appears that we're capable of making in game adjustments.  I hope we'll be ready.

I see the points.  If this is the premier game in the state and both Towns are shit down, you sure in the heck couldn't tell with the lack  of local residence.  We were on Nederland avenue for goodness sake.  Smh.

[/quote] He was getting many looks as a sophomore.  I believe it was A&M or Texas Tech who were looking at him.  The injury last year hampered that.  Not many have been talking ever since.

[/quote] wasn't too long ago, you had doubts about central beating lumberton. and if i'm not mistaken, didn't those wos and pam defenses have bad games. and now all of a sudden your offense is special because you put up 56 on basically a non existent png defense. not saying we'll shut you down, just saying your offense shouldn't be assesd based on playing lr and png. Our QB held his own against 2 of the best defenses around here (WO-S and PAM.)  Those guys didn't beat us by 3 or 4 TDs line some of you guys are saying.  Now that we have offensive personnel changes and a new look offense, you still think you'll shut this down? All I have to say is good luck with that.  I'm not predicting a win right now, but the shut down our offense thing sounds a little outlandish.

[/quote] Well, this Jag didn't say it.  Last year's Vidor team handled speed quite well.  Last here's Ozen team was pretty fast and there were plenty of times where Vidor was able to get good angles on open  field tackles. And when they have you on defense, you have to be big and disciplined up front, so speed at this point is null and voided.  I do think we have really good size up front to make it a little hard and we have the best QB in district and NOW we have receivers that actually catch passes and a rb that hits the hole like he stole something.
