1.
Yeah me either. A fresh would have to be incredible since most are only 14 yrs old during football season. Unless he's been redshirted and even than were talking 15. Don't get desperate and move up kids until their ready. It may effect their entire HS career. On another note. I would not say Ned does not cycle PNG Proud. It will be real interesting to see what Neumann and Co does with this years freshman group. The 8th grade looks slim on talent as well. Neumann may just duck out before this group gets up there. if not it may be Neumann's biggest challenge in a long while.
In 2007, Lamarque started 2 freshmen that ended up being great 4 year starters and all state players.  If the kid can play, play 'em.
 2.
Can't even imagine a freshman starting at qb...
Well,  in 2009, myself along with several other Jag fans felt like Freshman Robert Mitchell should have been starting.
 3. I have a better idea.  How about keeping the ORIGINAL starting QB, the one that your coach believed was the best fit?  You do believe in your coach, right?roll with his decision.
glad you said that soulja!! i want to ask, why do you think they are back?? i will ask this question for the show this week too. you are football savy and i KNOW you are not basing that on the score of the games they have played ;). keep in mind that is not the schedule they had last year. they would have looked the same way last year at this time,if they played the schedule they have this year. they are an inigma to me right know till after they play us!! clear springs- galveston co. team ;D...we handled them last year and they were much better then than now. 4-1 wins coming against a banged up LP and weak district. Katy cinco ranch-3-2 and they are not very good. the lcm of the district. madison 2-3...not going to even touch that one. manvel- 4-1.as much as they are overrated, this is about the toughest game they had ::) which they rallied off 40+ unanswered points. i said manvel was suspect before the season even started and that proved it. channelview-1-5. okay. really?? lol. they can't help this one because of district.
Yes, I didn't think about that.  But, you play the teams on your schedule.  Even back then when NS was MS, they we're blowing away weaker teams, win district, then bow out in the early playoff round.  Memorial is good and undefeated, but IMO, is still a long way off from being last year good.  It'll be close, but NS's sheer numbers will overwhelm Memorial late  in the third quarter early 4th quarter.  I hope the Titans prove me wrong because I  hate NS just like anyone else.  >:(
 6. Wait a minute.  How did my name get places in this... As a 'hater'...
 7. Or it could be that  some of them we're overwhelmed with a very tough nondistrict.
Hey it wasn't that bad last year lol. I really enjoying yall festivities. It was quite entertaining.
They do have great entertainment, they beat us at our homecoming, and their band out entertained our band. Man had the band moms and dads mad for weeks lol. Everyone enjoyed them except the band moms and dads, most of the town are looking forward to seeing them perform again. ;D
lol @ the mad band Moms.  We're used to that.  Even when our football team stinks it up, our band is consistent at what they do.... Entertain.  This year, there will be no shortage of that.  We got a standing ovation from the Lumberton fans Friday night.

 23. We came in and did what we we're supposed to do and beat a not so good Lumberton team.  We still have a lot of work to do, plus some key players we're dinged up.  #15 Thomas was hurt  and Both of the Mitchells got banged up, but they'll be ok.  Brennan fan, you're correct.  We Need to beat teams we're supposed to.  I think we'll lose to Vidor and Nederland. It would be nice to take one of them down, but that's wishful thinking.  But, I fully expect to beat PN-G, LC-M, and Livingston.  I don't want to get ahead of myself.  I'll let these games  play themselves out because these other teams have to at every week as well.  Good Game, Jags in showing up and not disappointing your true fans again.
