If you are going to compare, then you have to compare the first 4 years for each and not the entire body of work. Otherwise it's not a fair comparison. Not sure why Hickman wasn't qualified. Also, debating that he should or should not have been hired is kind of irrelevant now. I said all along that following two HOF's would be a very difficult job for a first year head coach. I think H and the Mustangs are headed in the right direction. It just wasn't fast enough for some.
