I know this for certain, Silsbee will not play in Dayton. When we left Huntsville last night, the decision where to play was still up in the air. They had narrowed it down to Baytown Sterling and Goose Creek Memorial. The officials and home and visitor decisions were made last night.

I said that from the beginning. HJ definetly has the tougher road. Now off to bed. I am taking my wife and youngest son to an Aggie Basketball game tomorrow. Game time is 12:30. Got to get up early.

I will be in Huntsville tonight at Huntsville High School bringing you all the play-by-play action of tonight's Area round playoff between 21-3A Co-Champs Silsbee Tigers and 24-3A runnerup Cameron Yoe Yoemen. Silsbee is coming off a much needed rest after they had to go to a third game with Hardin-Jefferson and look to get their playoff run started with a win over the Yoemen. Cameron is actually in a 2 game losing streak after losing their final district game to Taylor and then losing their warmup game against 2A Hallettsville. Silsbee cannot overlook this team as many know anything can happen in the playoffs. Broadcast time will be at 7:15pm with tipoff at 7:30pm. I totally agree, TWG. I still think the regional final game between Silsbee and HJ was the state championship game. We'll never know for sure but IMO Silsbee would have beaten both those teams that HJ beat in Austin.
