Basketball (and all other sports) are going to divisions like football. Div. 1 and Div. 2. But, unlike football, the divisions are not determined until after district play. The two highest enrollment teams of the four who make the playoffs will be the Division 1 reps and the other two teams will be the Division 2 reps. You will have a #1 and #2 seed in each division. No more #3 and #4 seeds even though teams will finish 3rd and 4th in their respective districts. In football, the districts are already put in divisional districts. Basketball for the next two years will divide after district play. Next realignment all the districts will be divisional districts like football.

According to someone here, he should scrap the whole team. They are just average or below average.

High expectations??? LOL A player can be successful 30% of the time at the plate (3 for 10, .300) and in baseball that's considered great. But you probably expect a player to go 8 for 10 all the time and if not, they are below average hitter. Same for a team. Unless the team wins 100 games every year and is in the World Series, the team is not worthy of your expectations. You sir don't know the game of baseball.

One cannot say a team is an average pitching team when they are 6th in all of baseball (30 teams) 4th in AL (15 teams) in team ERA (3.74). You also cannot say a team is below average in hitting when the team is 3rd in all of baseball, 1st in AL in team batting average (.262) [Hidden Content] Making those kind of statements with those kind of stats makes one look very very stupid. And of course it's about wins and losses. DUH!! But you brought the pitching and hitting into the discussion. Obviously you just spew stuff without any educated thought process.

I wasn't talking about who would win out of Anahuac and EC. You made the statement that Anahuac defense was smothering offenses. That simply isn't the case. Smothering defense doesn't give up 50+ in a game or 21 per game. You also said EC defense wasn't as good and I gave you numbers that shows otherwise.
