I think you'd be surprised with how few schools are willing to shell out extra cash for stuff like this. They're businesses that lose money, and they're always trying to find ways to save, not to increase expenses.

Not a bad list. But who pays for all this? And who pays for the officials who're traveling to train the crews?

I've seen a lot of things you want, but not really any suggestions from you to remedy the problem. In fact, not only do you not want to help in any way, you've also made it pretty clear that you don't care about the fact that these guys are doing this for next to no compensation for the kids and a love of the game. So apart from having these great officials magically appear that will be willing to put up with the nonsense from players, coaches, and fans while traveling extensively for minimal compensation, what do you propose should happen?

Agree. I think there are teams that have some skill players but need a QB where he could have a decent season for. But he's way past prime at this point. Dallas pressured him well, but he was missing a lot of those passes BADLY last night.

I’ve been critical of some stuff that’s happened on here, but he’s obviously made a difference at Lumberton. I’ve noticed some of this behavior in the past, but haven’t seen a game this season or last. Hopefully he’s turned a new leaf when it comes to the criticism/positivity issue. That would go a long way to changing my opinion of him. It seems he’s got his boys trending in the right direction after a slow start to the season.

Huffman did a good job of controlling the tempo. It looked like HJ was gonna pull away in the 3rd, and Huffman made some big shots to keep it tight

That's kind of the question I have... He could be a really, really good quarterback with either or both hands and not be good enough to start for Allen. So the question is just how good is he? I know he's expecting to be the man because he's big on the internet, but Allen is always loaded, and they're going to do what gives them the best chance to win.
