Is it just me, or is the qb to rb exchange super slow for Silsbee? It just seems like it takes a long time for the rb to get going the right direction almost every play. If he was hitting holes with a head of steam he’d be even better than he already is.

I was surprised how many people picked Nederland in the poll this week. It’s not often I’m able to make a pick so confidently knowing that I’m going against the majority. Nederland better do something real quick or this one is over.

hunger is a powerful motivator. my profession has put me in a position to see just how badly the handout programs are abused. @tvc184, remember the story you told me about the job offers in PA to be a firewatch, compared to the free housing voucher lines? Maybe tell that to Hunter here.

I'd like to see the reduction of handouts as well. if you need medicaid, welfare, SNAP, WIC, etc., you better be putting in at least 30 hours a week at a job or have a legitimate disability or illness. And after a couple of kids, benefits should drop rather than increase with each subsequent kid. quit incentivizing having more children. being an unemployed single mother should not be a career option.
