I don’t know why I am even bothered by this stuff anymore. More often than not, they are hypocrites it seems. But for some reason, the ones who come off holier than thou (and no one acts more holier than thou than this d-bag), it bothers me even more.

Yeah I understand. I watch about 50 games a summer involving Hs seniors to be. In all games, at least half of the kids are D1 players. In about half of those games, 90%+ of the kids in uniform are D1 players. Many of them are high D1. 6 of the 1 round picks in this year’s draft played in those games, including the number 1 overall pick. 2 of the likely top 3 picks in next year’s draft were involved in said games. So I’ve been fortunate to see what a D1 (whether it’s a high major, high mid, mid mid, or low mid) looks like. Brock is without question a D1 and I will say he will get significant minutes, even as a freshman next year.

honestly I don’t know if he would. But BU is as talented a team as we’ve seen around here. You have 2 kids at least who are High D1. But after Arceneaux, Yates, and Porshia, my guess is Brock would find a spot in that lineup.

And bingo was his name-0. The other funny thing I’ve noticed, guys like Tic Price tend to know which kids’ games will translate to the next level more than joe fan in the stands. I will say this, unless they were playing Beaumont United, Brock would be the best player on the floor in virtually any game they play in this area. I will also exclude Silsbee because it’s unfair to compare freshmen to a senior.

🤣😂 Someone’s signature win now looks like it was written in crayon. Well, I mean most of us knew it when they lost to a bad LSU team. We didn’t need this absolute beat down. But obviously some of us are slower than others.

Even prior to the arrival of the current star(s) at HJHS, I was impressed with the Lady Hawks. They are EXTREMELY well coached at all levels. Add to that a talent-level that is seldom matched, you are going to see some 70 pt beat downs that are going to hurt some feelings. But when you have superior players and coaching, that’s a recipe for a trip to the shed.

U of H is pretty darn good. Have recruited very, very well. May have the highest ranked roster in the state based on rankings coming out of HS.

With non-Aggy math, top 10 is better than top-15....

I’m O negative and finally came down with it on Saturday. So far mild symptoms and hopefully stays that way. If so I will be lucky. I’ve known 6 or 7 personally who have died from it locally. To their families, it wasn’t a flippant manner. One good thing that has come from it is that I’ve slowed down enough to finally get around to reading a book a friend of mine gave to me (embarrassed it has taken this long). So far I’m enjoying it @Hagar 😉

I’m quite certain I’m better at math than you. I’m also certain that when 5 of your 6 wins are against the five worst teams in the league, you feasted on bad teams. You were fortunate to avoid 3 of the top 4 teams in the East, even though most weren’t that good anyway. You guys have had your heads so far up your new conference buddies’ behinds since you joined that you can’t breathe (and are as delusional as ever). Vegas, however, says Ohio St would be a solid double digit favorite over aggy (shocking!). Sadly for aggy, even in your conference which you guys are so proud of, you are less relevant to the fans than your big brother, and are still just the equivalent of a directional school that helps the inroads for your conference mates to recruit in our fertile state. Of all years aggy might have had something, the year of Covid could have finally been it. Almost! So close!
