When a juvenile takes a gun and purposely kills another human being, he/she just became an adult, and not prosecuting him/her doesn’t make it right just because of their age. Since we bring up our forefathers, what would have happened to a juvenile who murdered someone under colonial rule? You couldn’t even be “accused” of being a witch, that would have been your demise, so I don’t believe age would have saved them.
