Saban is the best in the business no doubt, but the most impressive thing he does imo is getting his 5 star players to sit the bench for 2 years until the other 5 stars leave. He gets the best players which helps, but keeping them all from transferring in this day is pretty impressive.

We are deciding between going to Bama or Sourh Carolina. I’ll probably go to the home game against Clemson and usually take the whole family to one of the cheaper games. Playing Bama and Clemson in the first 4 weeks may be a rough start for Jimbo next year. Those 2 plus Georgia in 2019 will be even worse.

I started this thread as a joke to all of the SEC haters on here that constantly bash the conference. I don’t see any Aggies beating their chest, more defending the truth that the numbers and stats back up. National champs, NFL players, bowl record, etc all prove the SEC is the best and it’s not debatable.

I will post this again since you obviously don’t get it. After tonight The SEC could have 6 different champs since 1998 for 11 total titles. The next closest would be the ACC with 2 teams- FSU(2) & Clemson(1). Miami won in the Big East. There is no comparison as much as you wish there was. Since the start of the BCS era (1998) here are the amount of championships won by each conference after Monday night's game:SEC: 11ACC: 4 (Miami won as member of Big East)Big 10: 2Big 12: 2PAC 12: 1* (Vacated) If Georgia wins Monday those 11 Titles will have been won by 6 different schools.
