Sam beat Tech 9-8. They play again tomorrow with the winner advancing to the Supers

Davidson just beat UNC for the 2nd time to claim the Regional and advance to the Supers. This was Davidson's 1st ever postseason berth and they just beat the #2 overall team twice.

Davidson just won the UNC Regional as a 4 seed. 2 crazy plays ended the game with a 2-1 win over North Carolina. Davidson never trailed the whole Regional and beat the #2 overall seed twice. If A&M or UH wins their Regional, they will host the Super Regional next weekend.

The UIL has already moved locations and times of some games in preparation of Texas hosting a Super.

UH-Iowa will start at 8:30. Ags most likely won't get a game in today. Texas vs Long Beach St at 9pm

Btw Cal St Fullerton and Texas are both 2 seeds so it would be a decision by the NCAA as to who host the Super. From a money standpoint it would go to Texas, but the NCAA always likes to have a few series on the west coast. Texas needs to win 1 more game first but it's an interesting decision for the NCAA.

Alex Scherff pitched that game for Heritage. He's an A&M signee that throws mid 90's and will most likely be a 1st round pick and never step foot on campus. Hopefully Grapevine takes game 3

Oregon eliminated Baylor 7-4 The 2 Texas teams were the first teams sent packing.

They still haven't played a game at the TCU Regional and rain is predicted until Tuesday. Not looking good for them. Highest seed will advance. Virginia which got screwed out of a host spot could be sent home without ever playing a game.

The jobs the agreement was trying to cut were factory and manufacturing jobs. I don't see many guys in suits walking around the refinieries.
