Never thought of Vidor as "having speed". I wonder if the logic is that "speed is a hinderance to the Slot T"? Or, "we are too fast to properly run the Slot T"?

Center will likely not play as bad as they did against LCM. LCM was able to hang around due to one of the worst offensive games of the year by Center. If Center and LCM played again, Center would win by 20+. Regardless, Washington will definitely be the favorite.

Understood. Kountze Jr High is probably less horrible than the Kountze High School.

That is what I was talking about as well. I would be willing to place a large wager that the all-time record of Newton 8th vs Kountze 8th is overwhelmingly in favor of Newton.

Especially when playing "Kountze".

The kids is legit though they do not have much around him in the 8th grade. My son's team beat them 42-12. The Newton QB/RB ran a punt back after a 1st series punt and scored a TD on the last series of the game. I suspect as he moves through HS, Newton will put the pieces around him.

Agreed. Lets run a pole in Houston, San Antonio, Corpus, and the Valley. (About half the population of Texas) See if they prefer Houston, San Antonio, or Arlington? See if a "large margin" prefer Arlington? I am well aware of what the preference in North Texas will be. There is a current foolish theory out now that the people of South Texas are so enamored with AT&T that they are willing to personally sacrifice their own finances and offer an eternal homefield advantage to DFW.
