In my career and most careers, you are graded on performance and what you do to improve the "business" I grade my Presidents the same way. I grade on what they do for me/family (selfishly because my family comes before anything else) - them what they do for the Country. Despite his Oval office issues, Clinton gets good grades from me, he balanced the budget - Obama royally screwed up healthcare - and started the divide of the country with his big mouth and "beer summit" - So, he was worthless IMO. Well, the first problem with your article is Joe Kent was not a ex-counterterrorism chief. The reason I know this is there is no such title. Looks like the media playing with you.
