In another post he points out: In the phone call that was tapped with Wiles, her attorney agreed to the let the FBI tap the call and knew it. Her Lawyer allowed a privileged call to be recorded by a third party. The lawyer broke privilege, which he is not allowed to do. The client (Wiles) has to break the privilege. So while not a crime, it exposes the lawyer to sanction against his license. Since it was privileged, nothing in the call could be used. So the FBI agent/lawyer who set it up was fired, and rightly so. If you are going to claim something, do a little research and from a real lawyer not a lawyer that post for clicks
