  Is it race or difference in opinion?   Why do two people seem to vote one way and 5 the other ?   Could it be races voting with each other to stay as one ?   Could it all be just coincidence and like minds and opinions are voting together?   If it is race, who do you blame....all of them....just the two....or just the five?   I'm starting to sound like Bluedove.....making you think....

  I'm not sure if they hired her or called her in to work a different job not teaching kids.....   They let her work.....so, they did not  discriminate  (as far as I can tell).....but just not around kids (supporting some of the parents)......pretty smart move I think....

Well.....tonight they said she/he could report back to work on Tuesday.....just not as a substitute......so, This should get interesting

  I think it would depend on how big of a position on the military side and how large was the money you dealt with. BISD is a very large business.......   With all the publicity, now would probably be a good time for someone with maybe some but not all the qualifications to apply and get looked at. After all, I don't see them waiting in line for this position......   But be careful, this could be a career starter or breaker depending.....

  Awesome, thanks for proving a point   This is the problem with Beaumont and one of the reasons I am not there.   The problem with the school district has NOT been because black people run it......it has been because of  mis-management, dishonesty and personal agenda's and that people in charge do not care about the kids.....    Maybe it's time we change that.......

  Because they are horrible at financial controls....which do effect the kids....... It should not take over paying a contractor by 3.4 million and having 4 million stolen by the guy in charge of finance to realize you have a problem........and starting to react AFTER the TEA and FBI step in is comical.......
