According to the report, he was shot 6 times.....4 in the right arm and 2 in the head.....it does back up that video and explain why he kept coming towards him, the arm shots didn't slow him down but the head shots did.

  I do not have a college degree, and I currently manage a very large branch of a bank.   My management skills were learned in big box retail 15 years ago.  I did do the work of two and sometimes three people. That what it took to get me noticed for promotions. If you remember Service Merchandise, I went from a full time Jewelry sales person to Store Manager in 3 years (that is tough to do).....and that put me managing right at 100 employees.... When ever I had competition I did whatever it took to out perform that person.....I would work more hours if I had to, but I would not allow myself to fail.   So....sometimes you have to do the work of 2 people if you want to get ahead.

Tvc...... Am I committing a crime if I go to a convenience store with my friend and he robs the place, assaults an employee and we both walked out together?

Anything to give reasonable doubt...... Even the level headed posters seem to be blinded by all garbage that is being put out

  Did I say he was arrested? He committed a crime (or minimally was with someone who did) and probably due to politics is why he was not charged.  I imagine the cop would love if this guy was a witness.....because a guy that robs a store with his buddy always tells the truth.

  While everything is speculation at this point, let's just look at the facts we do know.   We have a teen who just robbed and assaulted a store  manager.   Michael has a previous FELONY criminal record.   All I can find is that he wore sandals in the store and had sneakers when he was shot.   I can not find any articles making a big deal out of that. I would think if it had anything to do with police misconduct, that "key witness", who claims to have never left his side would have mentioned it during his interview.....or at least told his attorney....   Thoughts?

  What is have to do with theft at store?   What does it have to do with confrontation where the kid was shot?  

Are you saying it was not him in the video or because there is confusion on shoe description he could not assault an officer?

  But he DID risk going to jail over $49 worth of cigarettes....and he risked going to jail by assaulting the store owner.....   Why did you leave out the assault part? You did see the video right?

  It does not matter.....He could of pulled him over any reason, legal or not. If Brown went for his gun, the cop had a right to use deadly force to keep him from getting it.   All the video proves is he stole cigars and he is capable of being aggressive....

Everyone is screaming for the truth...... Video is pretty truthful
