If you can't see that is an insult......

I like to think I wouldn't hesitate....but it's the knowing "when" for me. Too early it could be deemed murder, too late and you become the victim.

My greatest fear of carrying a gun is being forced to use it. As you stated above, the "what if's" have me almost paranoid. The people that say they would have no problem shooting someone, have not thought it out.....IMO

Based on the article, the victim was laying by his vehicle......That is not a great start to self defense......based on the only fact from the article.

The popular vote has never mattered but it is continually brought up. If the Presidential election was determined by the popular vote, campaigning would take place in 4-5 large states and the smaller states would get no voice......

JAY BUCKNER NAMED NEW AD/HFC AT EVADALE
thetragichippy replied to aTmfan06's topic in High School Football
My Son asked to go to Evadale during his 7th grade year at Lumberton. The only reason he gave me was he heard it was cool. I personally think it was the 7th grade football program at Lumberton. It was so crowded, when he finally got a ball given to him, he ran a 60yard TD and didn't play another down....lol But any way, he started his 8th grade year, and made varsity his 9th grade year and caught 2 interceptions in district games that year. His 10th grade year he was sent back JV by Williams for attitude and being cocky.....Williams made you earn it no matter how good you were.....after two JV games of good behavior, he was starting on varsity. He was certainly accepted by the natives.....he was part of the family. My point to the story was Coach Williams was a tough coach, but an extremely fair coach. Evadale is losing a great coach and mentor to those kids. Good luck coach, I was lucky to have you coach my Son! -
You should read about him....not just what you hear on CNN He had some hard times but ended up pulling out and being successful.

They knew it was coming..... It's not Trump and will never be It is a partisan group investigating looking for a crime.....that is not the way our justice system is supposeed to work and GOOD FOR HIM...... “Mr. Weisselberg intends to plead not guilty and he will fight these charges in court,” his lawyers, Ms. Mulligan and Bryan C. Skarlatos, said in a statement.

Where’s The Lie Though? [Trigger Warning]
thetragichippy replied to InMAGAWeTrust's topic in Political Forum
I don't know any Trump supporters that supported the law breaking or the destruction of property. Once they broke the law, they went too far. We have never heard the term insurrection until the Capitol incident. Now, if folks want to run around and repeat Democratic political talking points that's fine, but AT LEAST be honest with yourself and call ALL riots an insurrection. If breaking into the Capitol was an insurrection, than surely chasing cops out of their station, vandalizing and setting it on fire is an insurrection.... or taking over a couple city blocks by force and not allowing cops in, and making up your own laws is an insurrection right? Here is the definition "an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government." my 2 cents.... -
When is everyone going to realize that racism talks just go round and round forever until someone just stops talking...... Racism seems to be worse on Social media than in real life. About 6 years ago I worked in Lumberton and of my 6 employee's, 2 where black females. They never complained of any racial issues while working there. I was asked to transfer to the Vidor location and help with improving their performance. I agreed and one of the black females asked if she could transfer to one of the open positions. I was her first boss and she wanted to stay with me. I was humbled but was like, you know about Vidor's reputation right? She did, but knew I would not let anything happen to her, but admitted her Mom would not come visit her in Vidor. About 2-3 months go by and she never said a word about how the customers treated her. So, I asked and she had this to say. She said that she was treated differently in Vidor than Lumberton. She said both places were nice to her, but they actually TALK to her in Vidor, treat her like a PERSON. I was more than shocked by that response, based on Vidor's reputation. I can only comment on my life experiences and those around me. In my eyes Vidor is not what its reputation had it, and in general, for the most part, people of all races are nice to each other......Social media gives everyone a platform to create an agenda.....

What a good representation......Olympics

Many people are saying she don't. She could clear it up if she wanted, so it appears to me she does not want it cleared up. I agree she has a right to peaceful protest, just not when representing me -

I went back and read all of her tweets. She commented the same, "I never said I hate America".......but she never said she loved America or was proud of America. It would be my opinion she hates the country that gave her the opportunity to be great. Think of how many people would love to have her opportunities...... Perception is everything......She is representing the USA, which means everyone. She is not doing a great job of representation because not everyone agrees with her protest. I certainly don't. -
