diaperdandy19 Posted May 4, 2012 Report Posted May 4, 2012 How do you know they can't hide a applicant?...what if the BE got the list wrong. We wont know who will get it until they tell us. It could be anyone maybe even a guy not on the list. :D
Dick Vitale Posted May 4, 2012 Report Posted May 4, 2012 Its called the Public Information Act....School districts MUST give up the names of any and all applicants when they are requested...No getting around that.
AggiesAreWe Posted May 4, 2012 Report Posted May 4, 2012 Correct. Schools have to give up each and every person who has sent a resume or applied. Now that list would be all names up to the point of request. If any coach sends a resume or applies after that media request, then the media would have to file another request for an updated list.Plain and simple, schools are not allowed to "hide" applicants.Based on GoSpursGo and diaperdandy19 posts, I would assume your team's coach(and I know who that is) has some interest in the HF job. ;)
diaperdandy19 Posted May 4, 2012 Report Posted May 4, 2012 I'm not aware of anything...I just have heard their were coach's that applied but were not included on the list
setxbbfan Posted May 4, 2012 Report Posted May 4, 2012 I have been hid quite a few times. In fact, my application was so undercover, I didn;t even interview. It got so secret, I never got the job.
diaperdandy19 Posted May 5, 2012 Report Posted May 5, 2012 the PI act never says they "have" to give out all information or names
